To those of you who have already joined my Wild Alaska project, I just added a note on the Kickstarter website asking you to go to the comment section and tell me what town/state/country you are from. I want to try to involve people from all fifty states, and as many countries as possible.
Thank you to four new backers this morning: Jean T., Lynda A.,Steve B., and Bobby H. I know it's tough for most people to get involved this close to Christmas.
Yesterday, I consulted with Clark James Mishler, creator of two great Alaska pictorial books (Portrait Alaska, and Anchorage: Life at the Edge of The Frontier). At this time, I'm planning on using the same publishing company he uses. They do very high quality work.
55 days to go to try and reach my goal. I've revised some of the incentives for those that want to get involved with the project. Go towww.Kickstarter.com and type "Wild Alaska" in their search engine to see the details.
Thanks again to those who've already pledged. It's fun getting people I know (and don't know) involved in this.
Merry Christmas!
Chuck
If you would like to see his page and mock it, you can go here
Right now he has only reached about 9% of his goal and the page has been up for over two weeks. Thefundraiser grifting ends on Feb 18. On February 18 or 19 I will post the total Chuck grifted.
Chuck if you need $30,000 worth of photography equipment you shouldn't have quit your teaching job. Or have that lazy slutty wife of yours get a job. BTW is it true you won't pay child support for the kids you had with Karen or whatever your ex-wife's name is?
